SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Fire Emblem: Tea Houses was a book and merchandise project for preorder. Preorders have already ended, and were shipped in May to July of 2021.
We now have leftover items for sale on our storefront, with a small quantity of these items being preorders that are expected to ship in November to December of 2021. More updates on product fulfillment will be posted to our Twitter.
SHIPPING POLICY
- For any questions and concerns about your order, please contact us by email, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible on a case by case basis!
- All packages ship from California, USA. Domestic orders will take between 4-12 days to arrive. International orders will take between 1-3 months.
- Once the postal service confirms delivery to your address, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for your package. Please be certain to send your package to a secure location to ensure that it won’t be lost or stolen!
- Please contact us if your item is lost during postal delivery! We cannot be responsible for packages lost by the postal service, but it's within our means, we'll still do our best to replace the item or refund it if we no longer have it in stock. Please contact us directly at our email with further questions.
- All domestic (USA) orders are shipped with tracking numbers by default. Please keep an eye on your email for updates! If you feel you have not been receiving updates, please check your spam folder!
- International orders will be shipped with customs numbers. Sometimes, tracking stops for these numbers after the item leaves the country.
- Fire Emblem: Tea Houses is a project ordered in limited quantities, so unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. All merchandise is packed securely to ensure their safe arrival. Though we cannot be responsible for items damaged during the shipping process, we are still happy to replace items damaged items if they're in stock and we're able to do so. - If you are concerned that you are missing items from your order, please contact us directly at our email, and we will be happy to try to resolve your issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders will be shipped with customs numbers. Sometimes, tracking stops for these numbers after the item leaves the country.
- Due to COVID-19, we are unable to ship to countries where international mail has been suspended. In the case that orders are made from these countries, they will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
